1. Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1-3 business days of purchase, excluding weekends and holidays. During sale periods or high-volume seasons, processing may take slightly longer, though we work hard to get every order out as quickly as possible.
2. Shipping Times
Once your order has shipped, estimated delivery times are as follows:
- Domestic shipping: 5-8 business days
- International shipping: 7-14 business days
These are estimates, not guarantees — actual delivery times may vary depending on your location, customs processing, and carrier delays beyond our control.
3. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the shipping method selected. We occasionally offer free shipping promotions, which will be clearly indicated at checkout when active.
4. Order Tracking
As soon as your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number and link so you can follow your package's journey to your door.
5. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
For international orders, please note that your order may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees imposed by your country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in your order total or shipping cost. We recommend checking with your local customs office for more information before placing an order.
6. Incorrect Shipping Addresses
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an error, contact us immediately at hello@miyalace.com — we'll do our best to update it before the order ships, but cannot guarantee changes once an order has entered fulfillment.
7. Lost or Stolen Packages
Miyalace is not responsible for packages lost or stolen after being marked as delivered by the carrier. If your tracking shows delivered but you haven't received your package, please contact the carrier directly, and reach out to us at hello@miyalace.com so we can assist where possible.
8. Delays
While we aim to meet the estimated delivery windows above, occasional delays can occur due to weather, customs, carrier volume, or other circumstances outside our control. We appreciate your patience and will do our best to keep you updated it if a significant delay affects your order.
