We want you to love what you ordered from Miyalace. If something isn't right, here's how we handle returns, exchanges, and refunds.

1. Return Window

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return. To be eligible, items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags and packaging intact.

2. Final Sale Items

Due to hygiene reasons, certain intimate items — including but not limited to underwear, bodysuits, and any product marked as such on its product page — are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged, unless the item arrives defective or damaged.

3. How to Start a Return

Email us at hello@miyalace.com with your order number and the item(s) you'd like to return. We'll respond within 24-48 hours with return instructions, including the return address.

4. Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was defective, damaged, or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot be held responsible for returns lost in transit.

5. Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we'll notify you by email of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds are processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method. Please note that your bank or card provider may take additional time to reflect the refund in your account.

6. Exchanges

If you'd like a different size or style, let us know when you request your return and we'll do our best to accommodate an exchange, subject to product availability.

7. Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@miyalace.com with your order number and a photo of the issue. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.

8. Late or Missing Refunds

If it's been more than 10 business days since your refund was approved and you haven't received it, please check with your bank or payment provider first, then contact us at hello@miyalace.com if the issue isn't resolved.
