Orders & Shipping
How long does shipping take?
Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days. Once shipped, delivery times vary depending on your location, generally ranging from 5-14 business days for standard shipping. You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship to most countries worldwide. Shipping costs and delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your location.
Can I track my order?
Absolutely. Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking link so you can follow its journey to your door.
Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
If your order hasn't shipped yet, contact us as soon as possible at hello@miyalace.com and we'll do our best to accommodate changes or cancellations. Once an order has shipped, we're unable to modify it.
Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy?
We accept returns on unworn, unwashed items with tags still attached within 30 days of delivery. Due to hygiene reasons, certain intimate items are final sale — these are clearly marked on the product page.
How do I start a return?

Do you offer exchanges?
Yes, we're happy to exchange eligible items for a different size or style, subject to availability.
When will I get my refund?

We recommend hand washing in cold water and air drying to preserve the shape, fabric, and detailing of your pieces. Care instructions are also listed on each product page.

Yes. All transactions are processed through Shopify's secure, encrypted checkout system. We never store your full payment details on our servers.
